Why it exist here

WHY IT EXIST HERE

The lighthouse was built in 1904 to guide ships navigating the Strait of Magellan, one of the most important maritime passages before the Panama Canal. The trail follows a remote coastline shaped by wind, tides, and dense southern forest typical of the Magallanes region.

This is not a high mountain hike or a maintained national park trail. Weather can change quickly and sections of the path may be muddy or uneven. The experience is more about coastal exploration and historical context than technical trekking.
